Questions
Questions before you book
What happens at a first visit?
A talk about your skin and routine, then the facial. A first visit starts with a consultation, either on its own or as the first part of your first facial.
How long does a facial take?
A short facial is 30 minutes, the Calma facial is 60 and a long facial is 90. Add-ons list their own time.
How often should I come?
That depends on your skin and your routine. Carlota will tell you what she'd suggest at the end of your visit, and you decide.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes, once, if you haven't been here before, and before dermaplaning. After a long break she starts with a short check-in.
Can I come with a breakout?
Yes. Tell Carlota when you book. She may suggest a calmer visit or another day, and she'll tell you why.
How should I prepare, and what about aftercare?
Come as you are. At booking Carlota will say if there is a product to pause, and she'll tell you what to do at home after your visit.
Who should ask a doctor first?
If you are pregnant, use a prescription skin medicine or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book.
What if you suggest a dermatologist?
Carlota will say why and what she saw, and you can decide what to do. She won't carry on with a facial that isn't right for your skin that day.
How does pricing work?
Prices aren't printed here. They depend on the facial's length and any add-ons, and the booking page shows them before you confirm.
Where is the suite, and where do I park?
Suite 12, 2430 Telshor Boulevard, Las Cruces. Parking is at the door of the building.
Still have a question?
Send Carlota a message and she'll reply by text or email, or choose a time on her booking page.
