What we collect

When you send a message we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type, and the contact method and time of day you choose. When you book, the booking page collects what it needs to hold your time.

Please keep medical details out of messages

Please don't include medical details in a message. If you need to tell Carlota something about your health, tell her at your visit.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and to run your visit. We don't sell them.

Ask us to correct or remove your details by calling the suite or sending a message.
