Our policies

Book on the booking page at any hour, or call. A card holds your time for a facial, and it goes toward your service. Carlota confirms by text or email, whichever you choose.

Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit. Arriving late may shorten your visit, because the hour after yours is held for the next guest.

If you miss a visit without telling Carlota, the deposit is kept. She's glad to rebook you and will ask for a deposit again.

Calma sees adults. A guest under 18 comes with a parent or guardian, who signs the booking and stays for the consultation. The suite is small, so a companion waits outside the room.

Carlota tries a new product on a small area first and waits before using it on your whole face. Tell her about any sensitivity when you book. Reactions can happen with any skin product; if one does, tell her and she'll change the plan.

If a visit didn't go the way you expected, tell Carlota within a week and she'll look at it with you. She adjusts the plan at your next visit.

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay.

Come as you are, with or without makeup. At booking Carlota will tell you if there is a product to pause for a day or two, and the booking page asks the rest.

If you are pregnant, use a prescription skin medicine or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book, and tell Carlota. She may suggest a dermatologist or your doctor if something needs a doctor's eye.
