From booking to the door, in order.

Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a time on the booking page. Your first visit begins with a short consultation, either on its own or as the first part of your first facial.

Step 2: When you arrive
Park at the door of the building on Telshor Boulevard and come to Suite 12. Arrive a few minutes early; the room is held for you.

Step 3: What to expect
A talk, then the facial: a cleanse, gentle exfoliation, a mask and a slow massage. Come as you are, with or without makeup, and tell Carlota about any product you use. A first visit takes a little longer than the facial itself.

Step 4: Afterward
Carlota writes down what she used and what she'd suggest next time. Book the next visit at the door or on the booking page.
