How pricing works
Prices aren't printed on this site. They are Carlota's own, and the booking page shows them before you confirm.
What decides the price
A visit's price follows the facial you choose, how long it is and what you add. The booking page shows the price when you pick a service.
The facial's length: 30, 60 or 90 minutes
Add-ons such as LED light or dermaplaning
Nothing is added on the day without asking you first
What the consultation covers
The consultation is a 20-minute visit of its own, or the first part of your first facial. It comes first for new guests and before dermaplaning. It is booked like any service, and the booking page shows its price.
Deposits
A card holds your time for a facial. The deposit goes toward your service. Carlota sets the amount on the booking page.
Canceling or running late
Give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit and your deposit stays with your booking. Later than that, or a missed visit, and the deposit is kept.
Add-ons and changes on the day
LED light, dermaplaning and a hand and arm massage are added to a facial when you ask. Each lists its own time, and the booking page shows its price. Carlota agrees with you before adding one on the day.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay, at the suite or on the booking page.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card can be any amount and is used toward any service. Buy one on the gift card page.
